speaking of capitalism...let's start growing commercial hemp

I have long supported turning the tobacco fields into commercial hemp fields and begin producing rope and cloth in this country again.

Just change the tobacco fields into California weed fields, convince pot smokers to go to Costco for their supply and pay taxes on it, and California wouldn't have to cut funds for disabled kids.  Then legalize gay marriage and the tax on all that wedding stuff and we'd almost have a balanced budget.  I might also save my prop 13 property tax break from the governor of Los Angeles, who wants to repeal it so business property owners will pay more tax.
