To All Believers In Freedom And The Human Way Of Life

To All Believers in Freedom and the Human Way of Life.

Tell me again the definition of insanity?
How many times do we try to make Capitalism work for the American People before we get the message that Capitalism is not structured to provide dignity, security, peace, respect, or compassion?
Capitalism's bottom line is profit.  Increasing profit calls for increasing control of the market, which creates wealth and power.
None of this wealth and power is handed down by God.  It comes from the only place where all wealth begins.  It comes from the masses, the people who labor and build and harvest.
Capitalism could only benefit all people if all people were honest and respected all of their fellow men and women.
Has this ever happened?  Has Capitalism ever worked to the benefit of all?
I'm waiting!
Just as the bottom line for religious Believers is Faith, so Greed is the driving force for the Capitalist.
Even as I've said before, I do not believe that religion has proven itself to be a friend to the Masses, neither is Capitalism.
Finally, think of how far we are removed from trust and respect of our fellow human beings.  Just turn on your TV or browse the magazine racks at your local grocery stores.  Violence, anger, degrading women, cartoons that thrive on violence, reality shows that are based on put down situations, court rooms where working stiffs are made to appear stupid and where they behave like animals, news programs that blast out all of the latest slaughter, both internationally, nationally and locally.  Then just for fun, take a good look at the games your children and grand children are "playing".  Are they being trained to love and respect their fellow human beings, or are they being conditioned to become mindless killers?
We can no longer afford to keep trying to shore up the Capitalists Playing Field.  We must begin looking toward, and building a new form of government.
