Hi Sylvie,
After a quick glance through this article, I will need to come back when I have time and read it more carefully.  There are serious warnings for disabled people.  When the masses become oppressed and feel insecure, they turn on their own most vulnerable members.  That would be us. 
First it will be that we are using too much money in our social programs.  Next it will be that we are being given special treatment not provided to the oppressed masses.  Then we will simply be taking up too much space. 
When are we going to understand that the Ruling Class believes themselves to be superior and deserving of all they can take from us?
