Subject: WHEN, to the rescue
The Republican Party, and in fact many Americans, are under the spell of WHEN. W H E N. Wayne, Hesston, Eastwood, Norris. WHEN, embodies all of the Macho, tough, no quarters given, characteristics of the Red Blooded American Male.
WHEN predates it's namesakes, going back to the early Pioneer days of the likes of Daniel Boone and the old Indian Scouts. It exists in all of our adventure literature, movies and TV, and shows up at every gathering of such organizations as the NRA and the Republican National Convention.
Under the spell of WHEN, Republicans are committed to returning America to the "rugged individuals" who made this nation great. Think of it! A nation full of rugged individuals, like Wayne, Hesston, Eastwood and Norris. Rambo's all dashing about doing good, mostly...we hope.
It boggles the mind. Still, remember leaving the theater after watching John Wayne take on an entire army of villans single handed? And coming away without even mussing his hair? And we would swagger out of the theater all puffed up and just looking for a rumble.
So there we have it. A clear choice this time around. We can either go with those weak kneed, lilly livered socialists, or ewe can stand tall and proud with WHEN, and the Real Americans.
