As I watch the parade of people, some brighter than others, eagerly enter the political arena, I wonder how they figure that they can succeed where so many have failed. They jockey with one another to get close enough to touch the Master's hem and lick his boots, only to be kicked in the face and left alongside the road.
Of course it serves the Master's purpose to have an incompetent government, constantly fighting among itself. The Master goes about His business as usual while we wonder how we got saddled with so many crooks and incompetents in our public sector.
This really is the Age of Misinformation. I doubt history will ever be able to sort out Truth from Fiction.
