can agnostics and atheists have the love of God?

Gigi, Mostafa and All Who Know in their hearts the love of God.

I suppose that some folks would doubt that it is possible for an Agnostic or an Atheist to possess the Love that is God.  But if we don't, then it would stand to reason that Atheists and Agnostics would be the most shallow and thoughtless and self serving people on Earth.  And yet, there are thousands of examples where Agnostics and Atheists perform acts of heroism, and prove themselves to be Selfless and giving.
When I was a Born Again Christian, I was no more caring than I am today as an Agnostic.  Just as Jesus wept, I weep for the suffering, especially for the little children, around the world.
All I'm trying to say is that I can see no difference between the devout Believer and the loving Agnostic or Atheist.
Certainly, my acts toward my fellow human beings are not motivated by some Evil Satan, since I do not believe that such an abomination ever existed.
And so, as we come into these High Holy Days, I, the Agnostic, open wide my arms and reach out to embrace my loving fellow human beings of all Faiths.  I accept you within your Faith and ask only that you accept one another, and me, openly, lovingly, and honestly.
Our differences are only in our heads.  For we are all cut from the same piece of cloth.

Peace and blessings be upon you. Gigi, I never ranted or bashed. I presented
my viewpoint informatively. I never said something awful about your
religion. I am discussing the scriptural texts scientifically. If you can
refute my statement instructively, feel free too. Here is the broadcasted
transcript of the written document we just shared.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW99U4JWNEc&feature=related
I studied biblical scriptures at competent classes, and I never assaulted
anyone. Allah is the word which refers to the creator of earth and heaven.
Show me on the Christian bible where Jesus says; "I am God, I created this
universe, worship me." Show me where he peace and blessings be upon him said
that decisively. Mostafa.
