Actually it's better than that, my dear friend. Prisons seem to be doing just fine. And my money, or what's left of it, is on crime. Crime should be on the upswing, what with police and sheriff departments undergoing mass layoffs.

Oh yes, another industry on the rise, begging.
Better stake out your street corner early or it will be grabbed up. You'll need a small tent and two Pit Bulls to secure your corner when you are off to pee in the gutter or grab a bite from the local garbage bin.
For exercise you might join in with the Dine and Dash bunch. But we don't advise that for blind folks.
