We are once again fussing around the wrong end of the problem. Rather than looking at the lack of funding and trained staff, we need to put the education of Blind Children as an equal part of a new, improved public, American Educational System. This new focus on nurturing and teaching all of our young will be funded by some of the billions of dollars we are currently using to support our Killing Machine and handing over to our Superior, Truly First Class Corporate American Citizens.
So, we will also need to review the needs of the hard working, Working/Middle class Americans who have been underwriting these misplaced priorities. It's time we set our own priorities.
