5-4 takes it all

And another thing...

Notice that it was another 5-4 decision by our Supreme Court that allows our Corporate First Class Citizens free reign to spend their ill gotten money?  All it takes is one Justice to determine the future of our nation.  Congress has all of these super majority requirements where it takes two thirds to move major Bills.  Not so with our Supreme Court.  Maybe we should campaign for a law that requires a two thirds majority on the Court.  That would mean 6 votes needed to pass.  That's often hard to do on the more controversial decisions.
