I would point out that, while we have been conditioned to trash and sneer at our government, it is really not the honest to goodness real government. Our Rulers live in far distant mansions behind huge iron gates. Or in far off lands where they can keep their hands on their ill gotten wealth. These Puppet Masters(Empire Builders) are the real governing body. They delight in promoting hatred and fear of our elected officials. They spread stories of political leaders being stupid or crooked. And until we get our heads turned around and see what they are doing, we will continue to bumble along putting our money into their slick, oily, greedy fingers.
Isn't it strange? We support these Bastards and they reward us with contempt and loathing.
