Just when do Terrorists become Heroes?

Just exactly who are Terrorists? 
It all goes to which foot the shoe is on. 
Remember those wild Terrorists running amuck, upsetting life for folks back around 1776? 
In fact we love to celebrate Terrorists.  Take Robin Hood for example.  And, if you were the Emperor of Rome, the greatest Terrorist of all times, Jesus Christ. 
We should draw up a list of known Terrorists whom we now call Heroes.
