Greed will devour itself. But will it be too late?

Remember.  Them what's got, gits.  In other words, "The rich get rich and the poor get poorer". 

How can we have forgotten these simple truths so soon?  There was a time when we understood that Greed was a cancer eating away at the heart of democracy.  We organized into Unions and Community Town Meetings and established some boundaries and controls over Greed.  But bit by bit Greed has been gnawing at the edges of our controls and boundaries.  Now it is gaining a death grip on democracy, the likes of which we have never seen before. 

But what has become of our champions, our freedom fighters?  They have been relegated to the outer edges.  They are seldom seen or heard in the Main Stream Media(Empire Builders Press). 

Without them one thing is for sure.  Greed will not back off.  Greed will keep devouring all in sight until it even devours itself.  But by then it will be far too late.
