The governor of Oregon just issued a bulletin calling for an across the board 9% reduction in all state government.
Be on the watch! Already a number of illegal Oregonians have been seen swimming across the Columbia River to Washington. One fellow, totally exhausted, said "Where am I?!" as he dragged himself ashore.
"You're in Vancouver", someone responded.
"My God, did I swim all the way to Canada?"
