a word of caution for blind travelors

Advice to blind travelers.

Never try to educate a frantic driver when attempting to safely cross a busy street.  Also, "educating" folks who grab you on the street is conditioned on each situation.  sometimes you can actually reason with the person at the other end of the hand that is clutching your collar or coat tail, but at other times your only recourse is to whirl, crouch, raise your hand as if you were going to chop them and yell, "Oograw!"
